Job Description & Summary
The role of the Transformation Leader is to lead a programme of change within the Deals Line of Service (“LoS”) for PwC Middle East. The Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for transforming the way that we deliver our Execution to clients. Improving speed, quality and experience of our delivery processes by simplifying and automating the processes as much as possible and where needed help the client service delivery team develop digital assets that can differentiate the way we deliver to our clients.
The Responsibilities
As a Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively explore and introduce new initiatives at both an LoS-wide and BU (Business Unit) level
Lead LoS level change management for Deals related and enterprise wide technology roll-outs
Leverage the network of digital accelerators to deliver on new solutions, digital learning and other technology related projects
Connect with the global network to leverage our firms suite of technology services and solutions that are applicable for our region
Be the central PoC for all technology initiatives and solutions for the LoS
Manage junior resource on project management and development activities
Be the primary point of contact for our Tomorrow, Today initiative and their learning and training programs whilst ensuring their initiatives are effectively rolled out within Deals
Support the Transformation Partner with reporting and updates, including into the Deals Executive Team, central Strategy & Transformation team and the Middle East Leadership team
Share communications across the LoS with regards to all Transformation initiatives
Run point of contact for the centralized and enterprise-wide initiatives (led by the Strategy and Transformation team) and translate them for the LoS-level requirements
Support the Operations Director in the review and redesign of internal processes to improve efficiency (where appropriate)
Travelling up to 20%-40% within the region
Requirements:
Solid experience of delivering digital process transformation, with clear business benefit
Proven experience leading a successful digital process transformation
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques
Can bring a structured approach to change management
Comfortable in both agile and waterfall delivery
Good understanding of the latest automation capabilities like robotics, AI and workflow management
Good understanding of IT process domain
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with Impact as senior and executive level
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced Deals environment
Eagerness to develop and enhance the ways of working
Confident to follow through from idea generation to creating a digital asset
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
