 Description

We are looking for a talented EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join our team specializing in GENERAL MANAGEMENT for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Provides administrative support to business head, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests

• Assists with associate functions such as collating briefs, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings

• Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed

• Anticipates admin bottlenecks and proactively engages different stakeholders to resolve

• Manages multiple action item trackers for PG and NPBU business leaders engaging owners for timely completion

• Performs other routine administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Have at least five years executive level experience in supporting senior leader in a multinational organisation

• Be highly organised ,have strong verbal and written skills, expert skills in MS office

• Hold diploma in business management or equivalent

• Possess previous experience in office administration
