Role Overview

Position overview:

• You will create, maintain and ensure the completeness and accuracy of master data for effective functioning of business systems.

• You will support users by assisting them with data requests in systems such as:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP and SAGE)

  • Salesforce CRM

  • Transportation Management Systems (FDTMS/BluJay)

  • Other reporting and application platforms customized for Oil & Gas

• Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing change requests for completion and accuracy

  • Troubleshooting data issues experienced by users

  • Supporting teams with data extractions

  • Occasional data cleansing and transformation

Performance objectives:

• You will work successfully with IS teams to support data processes required for business operations.

Additional Information

Qualifications and requirements:

• Previous experience with SAP or, alternatively, several years of experience with data maintenance for business systems.

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Handle multiple projects with minimal supervision

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Communicate issues, status, and progress in a consistent and timely manner
