The company:

JBAndrews is partnered with a new healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia. They are searching for a Chief Human Resources Officer who can lead all of the HR functions of the new facility.

The Role:

• Reporting to the CEO of the Hospital.
• Supervise HR Directors.
• Develop HR policies and procedures for all branches.
• Ensure the HR plans align with the hospitals mission and business objectives.
• Build the HR department from scratch.

The requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree educated in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field.
• Master’s degree educated is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within HR leadership.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPD will be advantageous.
• Must have experience within the GCC.
• Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
