Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern for our multi-skilled Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible, with the help of Performance Marketing Lead, for creating, shaping, analyzing and optimizing our digital campaigns while also working with multiple internal teams including marketing, product, design and development to create and execute end-to-end marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Articulate and drive the strategy and results around our efforts to engage customers and drive business growth using various online marketing channels
• Measure and report performance of the digital marketing campaigns, and assess against the set goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in fields related to Data, Marketing or Computer science
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads manager and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
• Strong command in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data and insights into a robust marketing strategy
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Hands-on Experience in using SQL, MySQL
• Understanding of various programming languages such as Python
• Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges
