POSITION OBJECTIVE | |
| The job holder will be responsible for : Effective Coordination & Support to CP VM HO team | |
DO — Key Responsibilities | |
1. | General Office Admin. (packaging, sorting, sending files, phone calls, computer admin, office organisation) |
2. | Digital Loop Directive Creation Content supply in coordination with all 4x concepts. (Including In – store navigation) Follow up of digital assets License renewals & follow up Store visits Occasional weekend work where req. |
3. | LPO system support, dealing with suppliers, phone calls, follow up. Coordinate and file payments of suppliers Maintain Statement of Accounts and tracks VM Spends |
4. | Support of Warehouse transfers POS transfers |

QUALIFICATION | Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training | Highly proficient in PowerPoint/Excel | |
Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training | 3 years’ experience in a similar role | ||
