About the role

As a Social Media Account Manager, you would know how to identify opportunities, navigate the challenges and leverage each platform to maximize it’s full potential to inspire and create moments of brilliance for our clients. Using your knowledge of the digital landscape, you would have the ability to spot emerging trends and the application of social media best practice, and build result driven and measurable solutions. We are looking for a Social Media Manager that thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, is innovative and can think on their feet bringing to life creative social campaigns.


A typical day in the life

  • Influencer relationship management - from outreach to negotiation, contracting, briefing, management of approval processes etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, clients and internal stake holders.
  • End-to-end project/campaign management inc. planning and logistics.
  • Ensuring client needs, expectations and resource requirements are well managed and planned
  • Campaign reporting on a weekly, monthly, project basis 
  • Social media account management.
  • Contributing to overall growth & development of your client portfolio.
  • Support with business development including contributing to pitches.
  • Ensure all meetings run smoothly, and that clear, concise and actionable minutes are always kept.


Experience & requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience working for a digital, social or influencer agency as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality, F&B and lifestyle accounts
  • A passion for social media and a digital native understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisation skills and comfortable with project management responsibilities.
  • Confidence to work in an advisory capacity with our clients i.e. providing strategic recommendations and proactively working to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken in English.  Arabic is advantageous 
  • Effective time management skills
  • Performance Marketing experience is advantageous
