Job Description

Coordinate and maintain the overview of bunker deliveries on a daily basis

Optimizing fleet utilization, movements and maximizing throughput.

Daily communication with customer vessels, agents & suppliers

Ensuring that all operations are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations & documentary requirements.

Continuously keep CRM system up to date

Send bunker orders, loading orders and instructions to our fleet

Support the local trading team with ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

Minimum two years of experience within logistics/shipping/operations functions

Proven experience working with the oil/gas/bunker /tanker Operations/container/shipping/3PL industries

Experienced user of Microsoft Office, and experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus

Knowledge of HSEQ and a general technical understanding are an advantage

Solution oriented candidate willing to look at the larger picture - focusing on cause-and-effect analysis

Strong communication skills - Fluent in both written and verbal English

Curious towards business environment, proactive and enjoys taking a new challenge, willingness to learn and adapt, needs to think on their feet

Good at building relations and securing a two-way communication both internally and externally

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Safety Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to administer job safety program; audits and inspects job site to detect and correct safety hazards.

What You'll Be Doing:

Administers job safety program; audits and inspects job site to detect and correct safety hazards.

Monitors the safety performance of all construction operations in assigned job site areas with respect to one or more elements of SHARP Management and the Parsons Construction Safety & Health Manual.

Performs accidents record analysis, and issues reports on a regularly scheduled basis.

If certified in first aide and on small projects, may function as the first aid attendant, and/or may supervise first aid personnel in providing first aid care of occupationally injured or ill personnel.

Conducts new hire safety orientation, daily safety huddles and weekly toolbox training.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety

Requires a working knowledge of Federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedure.

Nebosh certified. 

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

GCC experience in infrastructure projects preferred.

FSTD Support Technical Assistant, CAE, UAE

Role and Responsibilities

                                                                                                         

CAE Middle East is recruiting a FSTD Support Technical Assistant who will be part of a team providing Maintenance and Support for a fleet of Full Flight Simulators and Lower Level Training devices part of a Flight Crew Training Centre located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The positions will be reporting to the Group Leader Technical Operations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Learn from a signed Engineer or Technician about the Preventive Maintenance Activities and Daily Readiness Activities on the Training Devices during OJT.

Perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs) and Daily Readiness (DR) on the training devices and associated systems. The more complex PMTs are performed under the supervision of a Simulator Support Engineer or Technician. Keep the associated PMT and DR records up to date and available at all times.

Accountable to maintain, keep track, and request consumable items and tools required to perform the Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Daily Readiness.

Make use of the Maintenance Management System to record, track, and review all maintenance activities. 

Support logistics duties, including yearly inventories, re-arrangement of stores, packing and preparation for shipping, etc…  Perform housekeeping functions, administrative functions, and other tasks to support the technical services group, as reasonably required.

Comply with local & global CAE Environmental Health & Safety standards, instructions, and safe working procedures. Exercise duty of care for own H&S, and that of others who may be affected by his/her work.

Job-Related Skills/Background

2-Year Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Aviation Field.

Knowledge of the English Language, both spoken and written.

Basic understanding of Electro-Mechanical Terminology.

Able to interpret schematics and other technical documents pertaining to Electro-Mechanical systems.

Basic computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc…)

Basic knowledge of computer networking
