Job Description

1. To supervise and control all jobs undertaken by Painters at site

2. To monitor and maintain records for all completed activities ( Painter, site and area wise) on a day to day basis

3. To be involved in stock control activities related to movement of materials and reviewing stock balance as well as provide
correct stock reconciliation at the end of every project executed

4. To ensure all the required HSE practices are strictly followed as required by the contract being executed

5. To co-ordinate travel arrangements for the painters and sites based on contracts being executed

6. To place orders for the required materials well in advance as per site requirements

7. To ensure there is no delay due to shortage of manpower or materials at site

8. To ensure materials always at site to carry out the planned activity

9. To maintain discipline among work force at site

10. Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time, by your Superiors


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum Technical Diploma in Civil or Mechanical preferred

2. Minimum 5 - 6 years of site experience capable of handling site activities independently and effectively

3. Exposure to UAE markets preferred
4. UAE Driving license is must.

 Job Purpose and Scope:


To ensure smooth flow of procurement activities through floating inquiries, obtain quotes to enable the best source and right quality of products at commercially viable

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. To ensure complete check on material requirement and safety of Raw Materials

2. To ensure all enquiries related to purchasing is answered as per set processes

3. To ensure that quotations from Vendors are received and forwarded to concerned

4. Regularly monitor Raw Material stocks to ensure optimum stocks at all times

10. Follow up with Vendors to ensure receipt of stocks as per schedule and avoid less of production

11. Ensure that all Purchase Justifications are reviewed and maintained

12. Build and maintain good working relationship with Internal / External clients

13. Ensure ISO process audit improvements are implemented

14. Maintain an efficient and clean work environment

15. Comply with all Policies and Procedures including Health and Safety policies

16. Ensure all Statutory and Legal compliances are duly followed


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum Degree preferably with a Diploma in Materials Management

2. 4 - 5 years in similar capacity in medium sized manufacturing organization

3. Full knowledge and conversant with chemical solvent, sourcing and networking

Requirements

  • Co-ordinate designs with internal Architectural, MEP and Structural departments.

  • Participate in project design and coordination meetings and attend Client meetings

  • Assist with the putting together of commercial internal and external bids.

  • To ensure that all design work meets with the relevant technical standards and regulations.

Employee Relations:

  • Seek to add value to the company by offering advice and assistance to all new and current employees.

  • Manage, monitor and control all company employee’s attendance and leave through the attendance system and HRIS leave management system (HCM).
  • Manage the data accuracy on HCM and employees’ profiles and ensure the data is up to date on monthly basis.
  • Insure the proper Follow up of employees’ requests and reply to their inquiries and complaints on a timely manner (HR helpdesk, emails).
  • Manage the Employee’s medical, life, and PA insurance policy and participate in the yearly tendering process.
  • Involve in multiple aspects of the business, including production statistics, employee data status and other projections.
  • Respond to complex queries and manage all aspects of issues across the employee lifecycle such as disciplinaries, PIP processes, redundancies, and support the HR leadership with new projects.

The Operation &  Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the complete System related to Wayside and Vehicles, maintenance-of-way equipment, and maintaining all equipment related to the system. These individuals will be capable operating the system from OCC and recovery/restorative actions on the mainline or in the yard. The Employee is also responsible for the day-to-day support of customer service through effective communications, maintenance of balanced headways, buildup and reduction of trains for revenue service; effective utilization of emergency and failure management strategies; support of maintenance through efficient implementation of the Site Rules and Operating & Maintenance Procedures and clearances; and any other support which affects or could affect customer service.        
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:        
            
    Employees must be able to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and adjustments to all systems, subsystems, and components of an electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic nature.          
    Trouble-shoot complex systems and components to identify problems or failures.        
    Use various electronic test equipment to diagnose/isolate faults.        
    Install/repair complex wiring assemblies including modifications        
    Assist in the Development of procedures or improvements on periodic inspection, repairs, maintenance, and schedules to reduce out-of-service time.        
    Assist in the development of drawings, specs, schematics or other written or verbal instructions for use by lower classified personnel and assist in the development of training courses.        
    Assist in the development of vehicle maintenance schedules and priorities.        
    Know and utilize safe work procedures and assure that others working in the area are also working in a safe manner. Report all potentially unsafe procedures or conditions. Lead development of safe work area and procedures for new work tasks.        
    Ability to use the Site Information Management System        
    Central Control (control center operations, dispatch terminal, communication interface panels, and process control systems).        
    System and vehicle recovery (electronic, Electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems)        
    Wayside (train control, traction power, communication and related system).         
    Through interaction with the ATC system, manages the assembly of rail vehicle consists and ensures that the scheduled trains are correctly configured and available for movement into customer service        
    Through interaction with ATC, ATP and communication systems, implements and/or coordinates contingency plans to include the necessary strategies as defined by the supervisor during service disruptions and emergencies to minimize delays and inconvenience to the customer.        
    Employee is responsible for the power configuration through interaction with the PDS system for normal service, or maintenance and emergency activities.         
    Works within defined policies and procedures regarding both normal and emergency operations.  Through interaction with the communications and CCTV systems, monitors platforms, stations, intrusion alarms, customer activity and any other system which affects customer service.  Works variable hours and shifts as needed for coverage. Proficient with the function, recovery and reboot procedures of all Central Control Equipment.
