Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
The Assessment Delivery team in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region provides administrative support to assessment, admission and transfer processes for trainees and candidates working towards RICS professional qualification. The team supports the smooth, fair and consistent delivery of assessments across the region.
You will be involved in the full lifecycle of examination delivery; from candidate eligibility checks and exam set up through to results processing and post assessment administration.
As an Assessment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting candidates at important stages of their professional journey. Your work will help ensure assessments are delivered in line with internal processes, quality assurance requirements and service level agreements, contributing directly to confidence in the qualification process.
As an Assessment Administrator, you will:
• Support the end-to-end administration of assessment, admission and transfer processes, ensuring all activity follows agreed procedures and timelines.
• Carry out eligibility checks for candidates applying for assessment, ensuring requirements are met before progression.
• Set up assessment panels, input results and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Complete candidate plagiarism checks and support assessment integrity and quality assurance processes.
• Prepare and confirm all pre-assessment and assessment centre materials are ready and issued on time.
• Coordinate assessment logistics and provide administrative support to assessors and other external stakeholders.
• Respond to candidate and stakeholder enquiries clearly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Record, update and amend data accurately across internal databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
• Work collaboratively with Finance colleagues to support accounting and fee-related enquiries.
• Contribute to the development, testing and improvement of processes and systems, providing feedback from a customer perspective.
• Represent RICS at assessments when required, supporting assessors and candidates and delivering a professional, well-managed experience.
