As the Managing Director of Distribution, you will be responsible for leading the Distribution business to achieve strategic, operational, and financial success. What will you be doing?
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to maximize market potential.
- Align the Distribution Business operations with KONE’s global strategy, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee budgets, plans, and policies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor market trends and implement proactive changes to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive operational efficiency, engagement, and results.
People Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and development aligned with KONE’s values.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Strengthen and grow relationships with customers to enhance KONE’s market position.
- Maintain proactive engagement with governmental and regulatory stakeholders, shaping developments that impact the business.
Global Integration:
- Fully leverage KONE’s global scale and expertise to enhance local business results.

Are you the one?
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization, working across functions and regions.

- Sound business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
- A people-oriented leadership style focused on team development and engagement.

- Fluency in English and Arabic
