Contract type : Fixed-term contract. Please note that this position is part of the Emiratisation Program, only UAE nationals can be considered.
Language requirements : Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
At Eni , we are looking for a General Services Officer to join Eni Abu Dhabi . You will be responsible for applying best practices in the management of offices and their facilities, maintenance, personnel accommodation, personnel transportation, resource conservation, general services and HR contracts and hotel bookings, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies. You will also support cost control and SAP administration activities related to general service contracts.

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and budgeting of general services and transportation activities, in line with company programmes.
- Manage operating activities related to general services, including office layout management, office maintenance, supplies monitoring, and pantry/tearoom services.
- Coordinate the research, arrangement, and administration of housing for company personnel.
- Handle hotel bookings and negotiate competitive corporate rates.
- Oversee the maintenance of company infrastructures (office buildings, archives, housing) and their equipment, supervising external contractors and ensuring compliance with defined cost and quality standards.
- Assist in the organisation and supervision of corporate events and catering services.
- Report on, follow up, coordinate, and analyse the conditions and terms of all general services–related contracts - including lease contracts for accommodations, cars, and offices, as well as serviced office agreements - in accordance with Eni policies.
- Provide the Human Resources department with accurate and timely cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan.
- Manage SAP activities related to General Service Contracts (call‑offs, service entries, accruals).
- Deliver full and dedicated operational support to the General Services department across all activities.
Skills and experience required:
- Education in Management, Finance or Marketing.
- Significant experience in a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the local environment and culture.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and interacting with diverse cultures.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
- Strong soft skills for managing external suppliers in an operational context.
- Good PC skills.
- Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
