We need an Office Assistant for Readymix Plant,
The Role
We're a leading concrete readymix company, specializing in concrete readymix plants, specializing in concrete readymix plants. We're seeking an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Job Description: - Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing documents, files, and databases - Handle correspondence and communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors - Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels - Perform other tasks as assigned by the management, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning - Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an office administration role, preferably in a similar industry - Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Mandatory: Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is compulsory for this role - Mandatory: Good-looking and well-groomed appearance is essential for this role - Mandatory: No visible tattoos are allowed; candidates with tattoos that cannot be covered will not be considered - Under 40 years old - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
