we need an Application Engineer Middle East & Africa (f/m/x), 
OMICRON electronics designs, realizes, and distributes innovative solutions to make the power supply safer and more reliable. To strengthen our team in Bahrain, we are searching for an

Application Engineer Middle East & Africa (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• you will provide technical and application support on primary testing and diagnostic equipment for High Voltage assets to our international customers
• you will provide input on new products, product strategies, development and application needs
• you prepare and hold product presentations and on-site product demonstrations of our products
• you build customer relationships and provide customer and application support
• you take part in exhibitions, seminars, conferences and user meetings
• you troubleshoot technical problems for customer and sales support and provide on-site support/trainings to customers in all questions concerning OMICRON applications
• travel share: up to 50%

What are we looking for?

• you have successfully completed your degree level education in electronics/electrical engineering
• you have practical experience in circuit breaker testing in Middle East region, knowledge about OMICRON CIBANO 500 is a plus
• you have a proactive and open personality and are at ease giving presentations or training in front of an audience
• you are service-oriented, and enjoy working with customers and our international team
• you have effective communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships
• you have a good command of English & Arabic. French, Turkish or other languages are a plus
• you are flexible and enjoy extensive travelling (up to 50%)
