we need a Data Entry Specialist,

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong typing skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy. You will play a key role in supporting our business operations by managing and organizing data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

️ Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems
️ Review and verify entered data for accuracy and completeness
️ Maintain records of activities and completed work
️ Respond to information requests and retrieve data as required
️ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
️ Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data
️ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

✔ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management preferred
✔ Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
✔ Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Must be currently based in Dubai and ready for immediate joining
