Senior BIM Manager - Real Estate, Big Fish Recruitment, Riyadh, KSA

We need a Senior BIM Manager - Real Estate, 
The Role
Lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, standards, and execution to ensure design and construction integration across mega projects. • BIM strategy development, coordination and integration skills, leadership, communication, digital transformation mindset. • Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. • Oversee coordination of multidisciplinary models. • Ensure model accuracy and data integrity. • Support design and construction teams in BIM processes. • Provide leadership in BIM innovation and technology adoption. • Collaborate with PMIS, GIS, and CDE teams for seamless integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. • 10+ years in BIM management for large-scale development. • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revizto preferred • Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; strong knowledge of design coordination processes.
