MAIN PURPOSE

To be responsible for the Altrad RMD Kwikform business in the Western Province (WP) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide the leadership and direction at a local level that will translate and implement the Local, Regional and Group plans for the territory, Central Province, KSA.

• In conjunction with the Managing Director / Head of Sales KSA formulate and be responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to ensure plans are met and development and growth of the business continues.

• Be directly responsible for all operational and strategic matters affecting Altrad RMD Kwikform in the territory including the roll out of instructions, procedures and initiatives originating from the KSA Managing Director and Altrad RMD Kwikform (Middle East) Management.

• Ensure that areas of the business under the control of the Regional Sales Manager, Central Province, KSA operate within the territory legislature, agreed internal risk management and internal control procedures.

• Be responsible for the security and optimisation of the company assets under the control of the Regional Manager Central Province, KSA.

• Formulate and report on the territories annual budgets, forecasts, investment, new business ventures and forward business plans to meet Divisional criteria for profit, growth, return on capital and cash flow at both tactical and strategic levels.

• Monitor the performance of the territory under the control of the Regional Sales Manager, Central Province, KSA through a system of reporting that matches actual and potential achievement against budget and future plans.

• Actively intervene in the management of any underperforming areas of the business to ensure future alignment with plans.

• Undertake or be a part of a team working on specific projects as required by the Managing Director, or Group.

• In conjunction with the local managers determine training needs of the employees attached to your province by ensuring they are continually appraised and their performances are evaluated.

• In conjunction with the local managers, be involved in and drive the recruitment process/decisions and ongoing performance management.

• Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.

• Ensure and maintain an accident-free environment in the workplace.

• Understanding of the local market and maintenance of the Salesforce FRF for Central Province in accordance with Company expectations.
