Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Air Products, Jizan Province, KSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical maintenance engineer activities, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Supervise team members to achieve targets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental procedures.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement solutions to enhance plant reliability.
• Manage documentation and cost control for maintenance activities.
• To lead all Electrical maintenance activities in the High and medium Voltage systems, including preventative, corrective, and Predictive based maintenance, scheduled outages, planning for shutdowns, and overhauling work activities; Organizing maintenance, troubleshooting and modification of all HV systems ( SCADA, PMS, PSA, Protection, Power Transformers, Switchgears, GCBs, IPB, ..) in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and machinery reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12-15 years of maintenance experience in power systems and HV substations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance software, preferably SAP.
• Experience in refining, chemical, and petrochemical equipment.
