Job Requirements
Job Summary
- Provide efficient and effective day to day management of service facilities according to service policy and procedures
- Guide all employees and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and moral.
- Guarantee full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve service objectives
Job Locations:
- Gizan
- Madinah Munawrah
- Khamis Mushait
- Riyadh
- Jubail
Skills
Job Requirements
- GCC dealership experience
- Demonstrated history of workshop KPI's achievements and improvement record
- 5 Years of Extensive experience in both Mechanical and Bodyshop operations of Automotive Industry.
- Saudi National is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Technical Diploma
- (SCE) Saudi Council Engineer membership is highly required for Saudi National
- Obtained a 3rd level training certificate (Master Technician or equivalent)
- Knowledge of the basics of management and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of all the operations in the service department comprehensively and thoroughly.
- Experience in using service / workshop manuals provided by the manufacturer.

- Understand workshop safety requirements and precautions.
- Ability to manage multicultural workforce
- Computer literacy & MS applications
- Effective Communication and Listener in Arabic and English
