Job Summary:
Saatchi & Saatchi Qatar is looking for a Senior Creative to join our team. You will lead visual aspects of projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client visions and brand identity. This role involves overseeing the creative team, collaborating with copy and content teams, clients, and managing multiple projects to deliver high-quality visual solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts, campaigns and visual strategies.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Guide creative team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Execute & overlook visual materials ensuring brand adherence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of agency experience
- Strong portfolio in visual design and art direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Skills:
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Location: Qatar
- Selected candidates will be required to do an assignment as part of their assessment process.
