We need an Assistant Manager (Operations),
Responsibilities
Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily departmental activities and workflow.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supervise staff schedules, shift rotations, and attendance to maintain coverage.
Analyze data and prepare performance reports for senior management review.
Handle vendor communication and ensure timely procurement of materials or services.
Participate in audits and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Train and mentor junior team members on systems and processes.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in operations or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
