We need a Finance Officer
Noorka Logistics is a growing logistics and supply chain company focused on excellence and efficiency. We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Finance Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is suited for a finance professional who is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy, supporting business operations, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management review.
- Monitor budgets and assist in cost control by analyzing financial trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions as needed.
- Manage cash flow and monitor liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems with accuracy.
- Support internal audits and help improve financial processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, VAT, and reporting standards in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
