We’re looking for an executive team assistant to:
- manage regular and/or ad hoc administrative work
- collate communication materials or reporting data and organize stream/ department/ team events
- manage calendars including conference calls, vacations and client meetings
- arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination
- support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
- assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
Your team
You’ll be working in the WM Qatar team as an Executive Assistant in the WM Qatar team, you will report directly to the CEO. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to WM Qatar, ensuring a smooth-running operation and will also play a pivotal role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively and by reducing organizational overhead. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting the executive team and ensuring the seamless delivery of our bespoke client services. By fostering strong partnerships at every stage of our clients' journey, you will help manage, preserve, and grow their wealth.
Your expertise
- successful administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
- proven written and verbal communication skills
- comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
