We need a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO),
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily administrative operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with department heads to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across departments.
Lead strategic planning sessions and contribute to executive decision-making.
Identify operational risks and establish mitigation strategies.
Supervise HR, legal, IT, and facilities teams to maintain seamless business operations.
Evaluate vendor contracts, office infrastructure, and administrative systems.
Report regularly to the CEO and board on organizational performance and key metrics.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Job Profile
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
8–10 years of leadership experience in corporate administration or operations.
Proven ability to manage cross-departmental functions in large or mid-sized organizations.
Strong understanding of business strategy, compliance, and change management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in enterprise-level tools like ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.
