Job Description

• Lead the merchandising team to achieve Perfect store target ( price, planogram, MSL).
• Lead the merchandising team to achieve GTM scorecard target (Route adherence, location adherence ,ST ).
• Set clear team goals on long and short terms and oversee day -today operations in the market.
• Monitor, evaluate and develop merchandising team performance.
• Maintain a record of all point of sales material allocated to market.
• Coach and actively engage with merchandising team members, obtain their feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts they might encounter in the market.

• Focuses on immediate tasks while recognizing opportunities for minor enhancements.

• Structures the work so it aligns with people’s goals and motivators.
• Empowers others.
• Makes each person feel his/her contributions are important.
• Invites input and shares ownership and visibility.
• Shows a clear connection between people’s motivators and the organizational goals.
• Places a high priority on developing others.
• Develops others through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments.
• Aligns employee career development goals with organizational objectives.
• Encourages people to accept developmental moves.

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership role
