Position Overview:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, managing the performance of the sales team, and ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a high-performance sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage key client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Set and track sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, listing, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
- Maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
- Drive team recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market (Dubai preferred)
- Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth
- Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools
- Fluent in English or other languages are an advantage
