Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Specialist, NOV Rig Technologies, Ras Al-khair, KSA

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that adequate support and effort is given for all recruitment projects.

Post open requisitions on internal and external portals to attract candidates.

Review resumes, prescreen and conduct initial interviews to determine suitability of candidates against positions via phone or in person including for local as well overseas candidates

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Work closely with hiring managers on interview arrangement and schedule and coordinate interviews accordingly.

Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.

Negotiate & prepare job offers as per job grade.

Correspond and liaise extensively with selected candidates to obtain the required data and documentation for the hiring process and onboarding.

Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and current applicants’ status.

Collaborate with Universities, colleges, and other organizations for fresher/trainee candidates as well for sourcing qualified CVs.

Find new sources and build potential candidate pipeline.

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.

OD         

Develops, implements, and evaluates programs that provide staff with development opportunities

Evaluates current development programs and recommends programs, policies, and procedures that optimize employee development.

Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.

Develop team-building exercises and workshops.

Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.

Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.

Recommend training and development systems.

Coordinate with line manager to implement above strategies.

Perform other duties as assigned.
