About the role
Your Impact as Sales Manager Dramix Middle East:
Seek for understanding of the customer needs for existing and potential customers. Meet the customer requirements.
Convert opportunities into new business following a structured roadmap.
Focus on customers; connect with the right decision makers in order to build customer relationships, trust and respect.
Based on profound market and customer insights, effectively articulate a value proposition vs. competing offerings and technologies leading to a deal closure.
Collect data from different sources on own market on customers, vision and strategy of own company business. Integrate these data taking major elements into account.
About You
Essential skills & competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, a Master’s degree in commercial engineering, business administration or similar area is preferable, not a must
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Excellent communication towards stakeholders (internally and externally)
Excellent negotiation skills
Analytical and results oriented with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to work in international teams as well as independently, self-motivating/ self-driven
Show to have the appropriate insights on technology, products, applications, systems, and tools.
Apply a value selling approach.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Willing to travel (50%)
Reside in Dubai is preferable
