Vice President of Sales – UAE/ Dubai

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
A key member of the SI RSS ME senior management team, the VP of Sales plays a critical role in leading the sales organization, driving digital transformation, and achieving the RSS business Sales targets and key performance indicators. This dynamic role requires strategic mindset and the ability to develop a high-performing sales team while leveraging data and analytics to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experiences. With a strong focus on sales leadership, the VP of Sales fosters a culture of customer satisfaction, innovation, continuous improvement, and high collaboration capabilities with the local & global SI BU and functional stakeholders. This position is pivotal in shaping the sales strategy, driving profitable growth, and achieving organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire and drive the SI RSS sales organization, implement the sales strategies aligned with the local and the global BU organizational objectives.
Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability, motivation, and professional development to achieve the Sales KPIs.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, staying updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to align sales efforts and enhance the customer experience.
Drive effective growth of the digital portfolio, expanding offerings and revenue streams.
Lead the Digital sales transformation, leveraging technology and analytics for improved effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with the key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
Implement process improvements for streamlined operations and enhanced productivity.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging sales techniques for continuous improvement.
Provide strategic guidance to contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
Foster a growth mindset culture, promoting learning, resilience, and embracing challenges.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years’ experience leading large sales organizations in Building Automation, Security & fire Solutions and Services, driving profitable growth and achievement of business objectives & targets.
A minimum of 5 years international experience leading diverse sales teams in a complex matrix building automation, fire & security solutions & services organization.
Proficient with Salesforce CRM to coach teams and individuals, enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
Adept at utilizing advanced insight selling techniques to tailor solutions and boost sales performance.
Demonstrable experience in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and drive cross-country and functional initiatives.
Excellent leadership, motivation, and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Sales in Building Technologies, Digitalization, sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
A positive, pro-active, and results-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.
