Purpose of the role
As Partner Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for Onboarding and supporting our new and existing Co-delivery Partners in various markets across the globe. This role demands timely and effective communications, planning, tasks and (Onboarding) activities management with Internal departments and the Co-delivery Partners.
The Partner Delivery Coordinatort is well organized, articulate, detail-orientated and able to work on deadlines with an understanding of business operations and able to plan, lead and delegate effectively. You take pride and responsibility and have the drive to make things happen to get the job done.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Co-delivery Partners and Internal teams
Manage new partners through the cycle of NDA & contract signature, certification and onboarding
Preparing, Planning and organizing Product Certification for new and existing co-delivery Partners including annual renewing of the Certification(s).
Monitoring Partner certification, training and upskill opportunities and sharing data with Partners to define the next steps
Sharing relevant Product release notes with the Partners
Keyloop Internal IT systems management for the Co-delivery partners In collaboration with respective departments
Regularly monitoring Partners performance (Customer satisfaction, forecast accuracy)
Supporting PMO and finance department with Partners purchase orders and invoicing related activities
Using appropriate defined standards, systems, tools and techniques to support the partners and internal departments during the onboarding phase for a Partner.
Maintaining and controlling Partner Program documentation and systems during, and on completion of an onboarding process.
Communicating Onboarding progress and outcomes to the Global Head of Partners and the Co-delivery Partner
Key Results Indicators & Measures of success
Onboarding a partner in line with SLA
Visibility in Partners certification (resources) across different products and markets
Up to date Keyloop IT Systems with PS Partners Data
Demonstrable continual improvement of all PS Partner Program onboarding documentations and processes
Skills and Requirements
Must be fluent in English and Arabic
