As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

Have a Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma /GED
Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
Ability to work independently
Have good level of oral and written communication skills
