As a Chemical Technician, you will be performing duties that assist in the production of finished chemical products
As a Chemical Technician, you will be responsible for:
· Transporting, loading, and unloading chemical products and raw materials.
· Drumming out products from reactors and blenders.
· Collecting product samples and delivering them to the QC lab for analysis.
· Analyzing samples for required QC tests (viscosity & specific gravity tests)
· Blending/ production operations (PPT, CRAFT, etc)
· Acquiring basic computer skills
· Assisting in the collection, labeling and disposal of waste
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a strong chemical background
· Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a blending operator
· Have good knowledge of quality tests/inspections and always comply with HSE regulations
· Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or higher
· Display strong written and oral English & communication skills
· Have sound decision making & problem-solving skills
