Job Title: Dubai Sales Centre Manager
Location: Dubai
We are now seeking a Sales Centre Manager to join our successful Crown Relocations team in Dubai. The Sales Centre Manager leads the Dubai Sales Centre, which manages all incoming telephone, web and email sales leads from private Relocation clients for the Middle East. Key responsibilities include actioning new leads in the most effective manner to maximise Residential Sales resources whilst driving increased revenue, at higher margins, from virtual consultations and telephone sales.
Position Overview
• Lead the team of Sales Advisors, foster a highly sales, target driven environment to achieve and exceed the annual Private Relocation goals set for the UAE including revenue and gross margin.
• Create a positive working environment which encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, innovation and recognition. Provide opportunities for continuous improvement to bring out the best in employee performance and career development.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews for all team members under your direct report, including feedback aimed to continuously improve employee performance. Identify learning and development needs, suitable internal or external solutions, coach for improved performance. Manage holiday and sick leave to ensure adequate coverage of your team.
• Perform in-house physical and virtual survey consultations. Pro-actively follow-up to ensure the booking of Residential Sales and achieve personal revenue and gross margin targets
Sales Centre Management
• Oversee the receipt and flow of all incoming telephone, web and email sales leads into the Sales Centre, qualifying sales opportunities before initiating a scheduled in-house consultation, virtual consultation or telephone sale.
• Ensure all leads, referrals, quotations are promptly actioned and followed through in an integrated and pro-active manner geared toward a successful close.
• Follow, develop and coach in sales strategies, scripts and protocols designed to actively influence the improvement of: Sales Revenues, Gross Margins, Conversion Ratios, CrownCare Revenues and Sell Rates, Storage Revenue and Value added services.
• Provide active sales management through regular 1-1 sales pipeline reviews, ‘manager’ follow up calls to customers, lost analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Practice a strong metrics management approach with continuous monitoring of KPIs for lead management, residential sales and insurance sales
• Drive a “profit opportunity” culture, for example: drive growth in higher gross margin services, seek shipment consolidations and negotiate discounts on freight and destination services.
• Develop effective systems to capture all potential corporate leads across all Brands.
• Work closely with the Job Costing and Move Management team to actively develop the service partner network to ensure competitiveness and excellence in service delivery to all customers.
Marketing
• Engage with Regional Marketing and Customer Growth to ensure sufficient volume and quality of leads. Monitor and provide feedback about progress across all channels with a close focus on ROI.
• Collaborate with the external marketing agency to provide engaging content for reels, posts and stories for Social Media; identify PR opportunities and take the lead with influencers.
• Identify local referral and partner relationships to increase the volume of leads from the Referral channel.
• Lead networking opportunities within targeted communities, and events, to increase the Brand awareness of Crown and encourage new leads.
• Propose new marketing initiatives with a close focus on securing and measuring ROI
