We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer, a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Suggest the investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Present financial results and provide meaningful analysis to the CEO and executive team
• Analyze accounts and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase profits
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and ensuring its accuracy monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Lead and manage the annual budget for the Finance Department
  
• Review and approve accounts reconciliations for all balance sheets accounts
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Supervise the preparation and filing of Zakat, Tax returns and regulatory returns
  
• Assist in the development of financial statements and payroll
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Manage team & monitor their performance to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance or a relevant field
  
• +9 years of relevant experience in Finance management, including at least 7 years in a leadership position
• Proven experience as Chief Financial Officer or relevant role in Technology Industry is aMust
  
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Good attention to details with excellent follow-up skills
• Time management and multi-tasking
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Leadership, Analytical, Technical and Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems
  
• Excellent knowledge of Google suite (Gmail, Word and Excel)
