Role: Campaign Assistant

Report to: Campaign Director and Campaign Lead

Start Date: Immediate

Package: AED 5,000 pm + Annual Air Ticket Allowance + Medical Insurance

Role:

● Support the Campaign Director and Campaign Lead with all administrative tasks

● Review, oversee. filter and file campaign emails and flag any urgent issues to CD and CL

● Manage the diaries of the Campaign Director and Campaign Lead

● Set up and provide support with meetings to be held or attended by the Campaign Director and Campaign Lead

● Support with client enquiries

● Support with existing client transfers

● Account set up for clients

● Quality control and reporting

● Pre-vet influencer profiles for Campaign Director

● Follow up with and coordinate the team where needed on tasks requested by Campaign Director

Requirements:

● 2 years minimum experience in administration

● Excellent organisation skills

● Excellent in multi-tasking

● Tech Savvy

● Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

● Good experience with Adobe Photoshop. (After Effects and Illustrator is a plus)

● Basic mathematical knowledge

● Basic understanding of performance and client reporting

● Strong attention to detail

● Proactive attitude

● Ability to work independently

● Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines

● Excellent spoken and written English is required

● Spoken and written Arabic skills are a bonus
