This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Act as the day to day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resource deployed to projects.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.

You will implement and execute the design management system, processes and protocols to meet statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
You will support the long term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

You will use your network to support business development and work winning activities.
You’ll be responsible for:
Develops delegated elements of annual business plan outcomes to deadlines and budget.
Leads and manages design resource for project/s.
Manages daily operations for project/s design resource /managers.
Leads and presents management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and sub-function leadership.
Supports business development and work winning activities.
Leads the identification, development, and delivery of relevant training.
Ensure management system is followed and whole project roles and responsibilities are adhered to.
Acts as focal point for design related matters on project/s.
Recommends and initiates change to project delivery plans, develops new design management tools and operating processes.
Supports and influences procurement routes, contractual and legal aspects of project/s.
Contributes to the promotion of technical excellence, support dialogue/communication.
Actively seeks out knowledge and experience through Company reach back.
Actively seeks understanding and utilise the centre of excellence (CoE) knowledge base.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science or Architecture degree from an internationally recognized accredited University plus minimum of fifteen (15) years Engineer (PE) registration or AIA license other similar professional organizations.
Please note: Obtaining a visa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is subject to a criminal record check, qualifications and may encounter age restrictions.
