Under only limited supervision, works within a specialized function with work verified on an irregular basis as problems arise. Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for immediate supervisor. Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing complex reports and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources. Must use initiative and judgment arranging job details to achieve predetermined objectives. May be responsible for coordinating or directing the work activities of various lower level specialists. Requires 8+ years of experience.

Deliver a seamless, efficient warehouse operation. Ensure full regulatory compliance on all warehouse processes and activities including adherence to Company policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities:

Deliver a seamless, efficient warehouse operation.

Ensure full regulatory compliance on all warehouse processes and activities including adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities:

In addition to the main duties and responsibilities listed below, the warehouse supervisor will be expected to perform other duties commensurate with their skills and abilities.

Ensure cargoes are stored, handled and transported securely and in line with company procedures.

Ensure all inbound, outbound and internal stock movement processes are recorded and reported accurately, compliantly and on a timely basis.

Adherence to work procedures and work schedules.

Ensure Company guidelines and operating procedures are followed at all times.

Report any incidents of non-conformance to the warehouse manager.

Maintain adequate controls to ensure the Company’s Health and Safety policies are adhered to and all operational legislative requirements are fulfilled.

Maintain adequate controls to ensure a clean and tidy working environment compliant with HSE regulations.

In cooperation with the warehouse manager maintain staff rotation and shift patterns, ensure shifts are adequately resourced.

Ensure all employees are trained and supported for the duties assigned to them and that they work within Health and Safety regulations appropriate to the task.

Ensure Mechanical Handling Equipment is maintained to required standards and is safely operated at all times.

Ensure IOP’s reflect current processes and procedures.

Actively seek ways of improving efficiency, capacity and quality performance.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible to provide a full range of administrative support activities to the Director of Human Resources, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the Human Resources function in the Hotel and Colleagues Accommodation.

Assist the Director of Human Resources in implementation of HRMS, time and attendance and payroll system. Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents and databases. Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and handle/respond as appropriate

An experience of at least 3 years with n a similar role in the hotel industry. Highly organized, good computer skills on all windows applications and excellent English communication skills. Ability to focus attention on colleagues needs, ability to always remain calm and courteous.
