The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible to provide a full range of administrative support activities to the Director of Human Resources, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the Human Resources function in the Hotel and Colleagues Accommodation.
Assist the Director of Human Resources in implementation of HRMS, time and attendance and payroll system. Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents and databases. Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and handle/respond as appropriate
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

An experience of at least 3 years with n a similar role in the hotel industry. Highly organized, good computer skills on all windows applications and excellent English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on colleagues needs, ability to always remain calm and courteous.
