Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in iOS application development with extensive experience in Swift, I/O, Collections, algorithms, and well-known application frameworks

  • Strong understanding of memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency and multithreading, design patterns, Swift UI

  • Experience in iOS-specific application development and publishing iOS apps in the Appstore, with understanding to resolve rejections from Apple and expedite the release process

  • Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests when needed

  • Experience in working with third-party libraries and APIs

 Position Summary

The Account Executive is a quota-carrying role focusing on the mid-market and will rely on telephone and web-based interactions to engage prospects and customers within a defined geographical territory.

The Account Sales Executive manages the full sales cycle to organizations with IT security needs. In this role, you’ll identify prospects, understand their challenges, and highlight how Delinea solutions will enhance and simplify their IT security efforts.  Work with clients directly and through our channel partners to close deals and get our award-winning product suite into the hands of IT Admins across the identified region!

Based remotely in the UAE, with occasional travel (10%), this position requires a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for all net new sales in the Mid Market. This role will report to the Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and work to exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets, owning and managing your own pipeline to successful closure.

  • Find, cultivate and close deals! Lead Delinea sales efforts within assigned territory, ranging from initial lead generation, qualification calls through the sales process to closing business.

  • Daily callout activities to aid lead generation, pipeline build, upsell and cross-sell activities and reactivation of former customers

  • Follow up on new opportunities by phone and support throughout sales cycle using Salesforce pipeline and lead management

  • Advance product evaluation and selection process through diligent and timely follow up with your opportunity pipeline

  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly pipeline.

  • Support Channel Sales Management and Channel Partners with callout activities including opportunity follow up, quoting and discount queries

  • Provide customer service as and when needed to System Integrators and Value-Added Resellers

  • Deliver basic product demonstrations via webinar, price and production information to prospects

  • Attend weekly pipeline and forecast meetings with management

  • Never stop learning! Constantly stay current with industry changes and trends and build your expertise in Cybersecurity. 

Skills & Requirements

  • Speak fluently English and another local language ideally.

  • At least 6 months relevant IT/software selling and winning sales experience

  • Proficiency with high volume prospecting and creating net new business via phone and email.

  • Strong knowledge of Channel sales model and able to identify how Delinea products align to reseller and customer requirements.

  • Consultative selling skills

  • Ability and experience to communicate effectively to engage clients in discussions that result in new business

  • Ability to uncover, identify and leverage published and internal customer information.

  • Proven top-notch written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technological savvy and ability to quickly learn new concepts.

  • Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented and metrics-driven.

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To supervise and handle all aspects of property management such as issuance of contracts, contract renewal, break-lease, short-lease extension and termination of contracts for the residential property portfolio in Abu Dhabi, to maintain the optimum occupancy rate and retain high levels of tenant/landlord satisfaction.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Team Supervision

  • Organise and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
  • Provide on the job training and constructive feedback to assigned team to support their overall development.
  • Promote the organisation’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value driven culture within the bank.

Budgeting and Financial Performance

  • Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Continuous Improvement

Reporting

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Manage the PM team responsible for issuance of contracts, renewal and termination of contracts for the Abu Dhabi property portfolio.
  • Ensure the operational PM procedures defined in the Operations Manual are complied with and the appropriate documentation is raised.
  • Oversee the connection/disconnection of utilities, water and electricity, and registration for existing properties under management, depending on the status of the contract.
  • Ensure that registration with Tathweeq for all new projects, or existing properties under management.
  • Ensure that all properties under management have valid insurance cover to mitigate any financial risk to the stakeholders.
  • Ensure property file is created with copies of all relevant documentation and forwarded to the Real Estate Finance & Operations department on completion.
  • Ensure renewal notifications are issued to individual tenants three months prior to expiry of contracts.
  • Handle renewal of contracts, process rent reduction requests, short lease extensions as per the procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
  • Collect all administration charges pertaining to the issuance, renewal or termination of contract.
  • Handle all enquiries from existing tenants relating to property management.
  • Ensure collecting required documents from the customers.
  • Receive and log into CMS any service request or complaint from an existing tenant on receipt to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are maintained to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure the PM team deliver an engaging and unified customer experience to prospective and existing landlords/tenants.
  • Ensure collecting VAT charges from commercial leases.
  • Ensure that all data input properly while property take over and replacing cheques.
  • Receiving complaints from walk in customers and CMS.
  • Communicate with related departments.
  • Communicate with customers through calls and circulars in the properties.
  • Handle portfolio with all necessary follow up (due for renewal, complaints, and reports) and ensure that team doing the same.

Specific Accountability

  • Follow all issues related to Municipality and ADDC.
  • Resolve any complaints from either landlords or tenants.
  • Handle and address any local Government issues.
  • Initiate any legal cases, logging and following up the case with the Legal team and the assigned lawyer’s office

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts (BA) or Sciences (BS) or another related discipline.

Minimum Experience

  • Eight years’ relevant experience in the property management or leasing environment with  at least  three years in a   supervisory  position in the Real Estate function.
