Job Description
Role Purpose We are looking for a highly motivated and suitably qualified individual for the post of Customer Management and Sales Advisor based in Dubai, UAE to consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience to all customers meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to deliver Sales and Customer Relations services in order to enable the British Council to meet its business targets and objectives. The selected should be able to demonstrate the attitudes, skills, behaviours and knowledge required by British Council customer service professionals in accordance with British Council customer service standards.

Local Restrictions on Employment
1. Post holder must be eligible to work in the UAE and should hold a valid UAE residence visa which is transferable.
2. Successful candidate will be required to provide a police clearance certificate.
