Job Description
The Engagement Manager will form a part of Cedar’s core consulting team. The primary focus of work is on the diversified industries engagements, including strategy development and deployment. Indicative business lines include corporate banking, retail banking, wealth management, treasury, insurance, and mutual funds, amongst others. Select competencies include product development, channel improvements, credit, risk and process improvement, cost reduction and profitability improvement. The role includes regular travel.
Requirements
Your profile should include a minimum 7-9 years of relevant work experience with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in project lead or engagement management roles. You must possess an MBA from a top-tier business school. Strong analytical and critical thinking ability, solution-focused approach to problem-solving, primary and secondary research skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and multi-tasking ability is a given.
