You‘ll make an impact by:
Achieve Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin targets within assigned region/customers.
Generate and implement initiatives for the sales of complete DI portfolio through channels.
Generate and implement customer development plans for the existing and new channels.
Maintain and manage existing customers in the region. Create brand awareness for Siemens Channels.
Regular update of customer information and pipeline in the CRM tool.
Implement Electronic Order processing with assigned customers throughout the region.
Actively promote CS portfolio elements throughout the region to maximize Life Cycle Business with assigned customers.
Increase Customer Satisfaction.
Develop siemens business with end users.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with Siemens strategic objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the territory.
Ensure compliance with Siemens policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements.
Your success is grounded in
Strong knowledge of product sales.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/Electronics Engineering.
5-6 years of experience in account management, customer-facing sales or similar roles.
Willing to travel within Oman.
Knowledge on Oman Ecosystem and market landscape.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
