We are expanding our sales team and are looking for experienced Dubai Real Estate Agents who are serious about closing deals, earning commissions, and growing long-term with a performance-driven brokerage.

Job Type

Full-time | On-site | Dubai

Compensation

• Commission-based (High Payout Structure)
• Monthly incentives & performance bonuses
• Qualified leads provided daily

Key Responsibilities

• Handle buyer & investor leads across off-plan and secondary market
• Qualify clients and understand requirements
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Advise clients on pricing, ROI, and market trends
• Close deals for sales and rentals
• Maintain accurate follow-ups and updates in CRM
• Coordinate with developers, admin & operations team
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

✔ Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Mandatory)

✔ Strong sales & negotiation skills

✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory)

✔ Valid UAE Driving License preferred

✔ Self-motivated, disciplined & target-oriented

✔ Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Freshers / Non-Dubai real estate experience – please do not apply
