We need a Sales Director Middle East (H/F),
Mission
Dans le cadre du développement stratégique de notre activité au Moyen-Orient, Bridor recherche son futur Sales Director Middle East (H/F). Basé à Dubaï ou Riyad, vous pilotez l’ensemble de la région et contribuez activement à notre ambition de croissance durable sur des marchés à fort potentiel.
Rattaché au CEO APMEA, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le déploiement de notre stratégie commerciale et dans le rayonnement de notre expertise BVP premium.
Vos missions :
- Adapter et déployer la stratégie commerciale sur l’ensemble du Moyen-Orient
- Manager et développer une équipe régionale de 7 personnes
- Piloter et structurer les réseaux de distribution Foodservice et Retail
- Gérer certains grands comptes stratégiques et accompagner les distributeurs sur place
- Assurer une forte présence terrain et accompagner la croissance des marchés
- Analyser la performance, identifier les leviers de croissance et optimiser la rentabilité
Profil
Basé à Dubaï ou Riyad, vous justifiez d’un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience à un poste de management commerciale. Vous possédez une excellente connaissance du marché du Moyen-Orient, de ses acteurs, de ses spécificités culturelles et de ses dynamiques de consommation.
Reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle, vous savez gérer une équipe et interagir avec des interlocuteurs multiculturels : équipes locales, grands comptes nationaux, distributeurs, ainsi que le siège et les usines en France.
Vous avez une vision globale des circuits de distribution et des enjeux de croissance sur des marchés structurés et concurrentiels. Votre vision stratégique vous permet de définir des priorités claires et de structurer efficacement une organisation régionale performante.
Disposer d’un anglais courant est impératif, pour évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel. La maîtrise de l’arabe et/ou du français représente un avantage.
Une expérience dans l’industrie agroalimentaire en particulier dans la boulangerie constituerait un atout supplémentaire, tout comme la connaissance et l'attrait de la culture française premium.
