Position : Talent Acquisition Manager - Unguja
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with local institutions.
- Manage and improve candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Zanzibar labour regulations and company policies.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Maintain recruitment analytics and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics and market trends.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
- Train and guide HR staff or hiring managers on interview techniques and selection best practices.
