Integrated Marketing Experience will deploy Operating Unit capabilities to deliver consumer intimacy at scale, through world-class ideas and experiences that connects creativity, media, data, culture, and commerce.
Lead local connections agenda including media buying, retail media
Lead local social media, influencers and epics agenda
Drive local Studio X effectiveness and operating excellence.
Ensure locally relevant and highly effective content / shopper / design deployment and/ or the development of locally specific experiences
Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (Media, content, Epics, etc)

Experience and Critical Requirement:
Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years+), with great focus on media, creativity, design, data/tech.
Acumen across relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
Led and developed teams directly and external partners (agencies)
