Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of new initiatives, ensuring every project is executed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendors, oversee operational readiness, and ensure excellence in project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & PlanningLead full project lifecycle from concept to completion.Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, and budgets.Ensure operational readiness across all phases.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementCoordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors for seamless execution.Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment.Risk, Compliance & QualityConduct risk management to reduce project risks.Monitor contractor compliance with procedures and labor standards.Ensure highest Health, Safety & Environmental standards.Performance & ReportingTrack project performance using tools and KPIs.Prepare detailed reports and maintain full project documentation.Escalate key issues to management when necessary.Operational ExcellenceImplement efficiency controls to improve cost and operations.Support strategy development related to new projects.Improve and standardize operational readiness methodologies.QualificationsEssentialDiploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural EngineeringProject Management Certification (PMP or similar) or Six Sigma Green Belt5+ years in project management/operations in a Theme Park or Waterpark2–3 years in contract managementDesirableExperience leading teams within theme parks, hospitality, or attractionsPostgraduate training or certificationsSkills RequiredEssentialStrong leadership & communication skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsStrong financial acumen (P&L)Excellent English (spoken & written)Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skillsAbility to stay composed in challenging situationsDesirableBudget preparation & managementAdditional languagesExperience coordinating cultural or social team initiatives
