Hiring Sales & Business Development Manager for Portoro Marble – Mussafah, Abu Dhabi (client visits in Abu Dhabi & Dubai when needed).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Build a strong network with interior designers, architects, contractors and developers; proactively identify and qualify new project opportunities.
2. Sales Cycle Management: Use Odoo CRM to log all leads, prepare and send quotations, and follow up systematically; no off-system deals.
3. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate within approved pricing policies; convert quotations into LPO/Contracts; secure deposits and obtain sign-offs.
4. Client Relationship Management: Be the trusted point of contact; handle inquiries via phone/WhatsApp/email; manage expectations, timelines and objections professionally.
5. Market & Strategy Development: Provide market intelligence on competitors and pricing; propose business development initiatives to expand the client base.
6. Reporting & KPIs: Deliver weekly sales reports covering leads, meetings, quotations, conversions and revenue forecasts; analyse performance vs targets and recommend actions.
7. Team Leadership & Coordination: Coordinate with drafting, estimation and finance teams for accurate offers and smooth handover; train team members on Odoo and AI tools for pricing support.
8. Compliance & Ethics: Follow company policies on pricing, discounts, confidentiality and non-compete; keep all information and activity within Odoo.
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years UAE sales / business development experience in construction, marble/stone supply, fit-out, or related industries, with a strong network and proven closing record.
2. Excellent English communication (spoken & written); Arabic is a plus.
3. Confident, persuasive, strong negotiator with an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Ability to understand drawings and support quantity take-off (QTO) with the technical team (preferred).
Important: No off-system discounts, no side deals, no cash. Everything must be logged in Odoo.

4. إدارة علاقة العملاء: تكون نقطة التواصل الموثوقة، والرد عبر الهاتف/الواتساب/الإيميل، وإدارة التوقعات والجداول والاعتراضات باحتراف.
5. التطوير الاستراتيجي: تقديم معلومات عن السوق والمنافسين واقتراح مبادرات لتطوير الأعمال وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
6. التقارير ومؤشرات الأداء: تقرير أسبوعي شامل (Leads/اجتماعات/عروض/صفقات/توقعات) وتحليل الأداء مقابل الأهداف.
7. التنسيق والقيادة: التنسيق مع فريق الرسم والتسعير والمالية لضمان دقة العروض وتسليم سلس؛ تدريب الفريق على Odoo وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التسعير.
8. الالتزام الأخلاقي والمهني: الالتزام بسياسات الأسعار/الخصومات/السرية وعدم المنافسة؛ وضمان بقاء كل العمليات داخل النظام.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
1. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المبيعات/تطوير الأعمال داخل الإمارات بقطاع البناء أو الرخام/الحجر أو المقاولات، مع شبكة علاقات قوية وسجل مثبت في إغلاق الصفقات.
2. إجادة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (العربية ميزة).
3. شخصية واثقة ومقنعة وقدرة قوية على التفاوض بعقلية ريادية.
4. القدرة على فهم المخططات والتعاون مع الفريق الفني في حصر الكميات (QTO) (ميزة إضافية).
مهم: لا خصومات خارج النظام، لا اتفاقات جانبية، لا تعامل نقدي. كل شيء داخل Odoo.
