Junior Financial Analyst (Emirati), Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support the financial planning and analysis function for our EMEA business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
Support the FP&A team in preparing monthly financial presentations for management.
Help maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and insights.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum internship experience in finance, accounting or data analysis.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of financial principles and practices is a plus.
