staff nurse\Health Events
To provide on-site nursing care, conduct health screenings, support patient education, and assist in the smooth operation of health eventsensuring participant safety, effective care coordination, and contributing to the revenue cycle by facilitating client conversion and follow-up services.
Event Planning & Coordination • Support the planning and implementation of health events in corporate offices and community. Help prepare necessary nursing tools, kits, and medical materials needed for on-site service delivery.

3. • Deliver high-quality nursing care during health events, including vital sign monitoring, health assessments, first aid and basic health education to attendees as needed. Collaborate with health events team to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Health Lounge Enhancement & Innovation Suggest improvements in nursing-related workflows to enhance efficiency and participant satisfaction during events. Support the introduction of wellness activities.
4. Client Journey & Follow-Up Support
5. Encourage follow-up visits by guiding clients on the next steps for any clinical findings during the screening.
Help ensure a smooth referral process to the appropriate departments for attendees with identified health risks.
Contribute to building positive client experiences through empathy, clarity in communication, and professionalism.
Reporting & Documentation • Accurately document health screening results, and participant information following hospital policies.
6• Assist in collecting feedback and observations from attendees that contribute to post-event evaluations and service improvement.
Ensure data entry of client information into the hospital system, supporting continuity of care. Resource & Equipment Management Assist with the preparation, packing, and transportation of nursing supplies and medical equipment for each event. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper use of medical instruments used during events.
- Report any missing, damaged, or expired supplies and support timely replenishment.
7. General Responsibilities Follow protocols and maintain high standards of professionalism during all events.
Support quality and performance improvement initiatives within the department.
Perform additional duties within the scope of health events as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer.
Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, integrity, and respectful behavior in all interactions and business activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
